How to Add an email or a domain to the spam filter's whitelist or blacklist

Domain admins are able to add to the whitelist for their domain without the need to contact support.
If there are any issues or questions to the process, please contact support.

To log into the spam filter as the domain admin:

  • Go to https://my.4web.ca.
  • Log in using the email address on your account.
  • Click on Services.
  • Click on your hosting package.
  • On the left menus, click on Log into cPanel.
  • Once cPanel loads, click 4Web Spam Filter.
  • Click Login on the domain you want to adjust the Spam Filter for.

Now you are connected to the domain control on the Spam Filter.
To edit the sender white list:

  • Click Sender Allow list under Incoming - Protection Settings.
  • Click Add sender to allow list.
  • In the "Local-part" put in everything before the @ (example - support@4web.ca, here would put support)
  • In the "Address" field put in everything after the @ (example - support@4web.ca, here would put 4web.ca)
  • Click on Save.
